PABLO Lightpainting App
Looking to have a low impact, fun night of pixelstick shooting that doesn't require lugging out all of your gear? The PABLO Lightpainting app is a handy (and free!) tool that lets you take videos that mimic the long exposure experience right on your iOS device. Watch the whole video here.
While PABLO clearly isn't a replacement for a quality camera taking a real long exposure, it's a great app for some quick fun. Check it out in the App Store.
Featured Artist: Mark Hobbs
In his own words, Cornwall-based photographer & adventurer Mark Hobbs specializes in shooting "people, places, stories & crazy ideas!". A quick visit to his Instagram reveals a jack-of-all-trades, demonstrating a talent for shooting weddings, portraits, tabletop, landscape, conceptual, and lightpainting.
After acquiring a pixelstick, Mark wasted no time in using it to great effect across many styles. Great stuff, Mark!
